The UK's Biggest Nepali Football Tournament Is Back
The Gurkha Cup — the annual football tournament that brings together Nepalese teams from across the UK — returns to Aldershot Military Stadium on 24 May 2026, and it promises to be bigger than ever.
What Is the Gurkha Cup?
Started over a decade ago as a local tournament in Aldershot, the Gurkha Cup has grown into the UK's premier Nepalese football competition. Teams from London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Farnborough, and beyond compete for the trophy in what has become as much a community celebration as a sporting event.
